PE plants are relatively stable with minor fluctuations, maintaining an operating load of around 88%, up 2% from last week but down 4% compared to the same period last year. Hainan Refining & Chemical's HDPE plant and Sino-Korean Petrochemical's HDPE plant are scheduled to start operations, while Zhejiang Petrochemical's HDPE plant is scheduled to shut down. It is expected that the operating load of PE plants will be relatively strong.
